Mohly Grail

As predicted here at The Chophouse, Holy Mohly took home the coveted Grand Championship trophy from last night's "Brad" Beats & Belly Busters Final Table event. Along with the trophy came $425 which the Mohly one can use to purchase shaving supplies to keep his newly boyish tresses well manicured (that Nare's gotta be burning him up by now).

The night started off slowly with little pushing and rather smallish pots, but ended with a bang as we topped out at $5,000 and $10,000 dollar blinds (and four players still in the hunt). It all came down to McDaddy and Mohly playing heads-up, but Mohly's freshly sheared big stack proved too much for our early season points leader.

True to form, there were more bad beats than monster hands, and high card took down many a pot. I've posted the finishing order as near as I can recall below. With lots of the action taking place from the middle of the game on, it seems like almost every player had the chip lead at some point in the night.

Special thanks to Hirp for bucking up and playing bitch... uh... dealer all night. Next year, I'm sure he'll have some chips to go along with that chair!
