In the spirit of Bill Self's post-game comments referring to KU's early round exits brought on by Bucknell and Bradley helping to "prepare" the team for this national championship run, I'd like to give a shout out to K-State, Texas and OSU for helping prepare KU (with a dose of humility) to go on their title run in the NCAA tournament. Playing the likes of Beasley and Augustine in conference no doubt prepared us to deal with the hype around Psycho T and CDR. It didn't hurt that neither player is as good as the first two I mentioned.
Can't forget to give an extra shout out to Texas and OSU for letting us practice (albeit in vain) the three point play that tied the game before overtime.
If there are any doubters/haters still out there in the national press, let notice be served that the Big XII Conference is the real deal, and if you can win here, you can win it all. Go Hawks!

Rose isnt as good as Augustine? Rose is the best basketball player in college right now. He'll have the best career in the NBA, guaranteed.
But yeah, agree with everything else.
