Mad Hattress and I just returned from Hirp and Cocoa's wedding in Mexico this weekend, where a fantastic time was had by all.The ceremony couldn't have been more perfect, and we couldn't be more happy for the Hirp's (all three of them!). In total, I believe there were total of 24 family and friends in attendance watching them get married under a sunny sky on the tip of the Mexican Riviera.
Never having been to Mexico, we really didn't know what to expect. Would our bowels explode? Would we be kidnapped by Sandinistas? Would we be burned to a crisp after one day on the beach? Luckily, none of these would-be situations came to fruition, and our stay at The Reef Playacar in the Riviera Maya vastly exceeded our somewhat low expectations.
We can't wait to get back!
