Cutlets

In case any of you have been wondering where I've run off to, Mrs. Chop and I have been busy for the past couple of weeks welcoming two little ones into the world.

I'm not going to turn all sappy on you or begin using this as a forum to wax poetic about how cute my offspring are (though they are pretty darn cute), but as a proud Papa, I had to take a moment and welcome two potential readers/gamers/poker players to the pen!

Let's all welcome "Riblet" and "Snausage" to The Chophouse!
