Things took an interesting turn at last weekend's OST. A non-league member took first place… and top points! You can all thank Hirp for bringing a ringer to a league game.
McDaddy flamed out early, but maintained his stranglehold on the chip lead. Marneus made a move up the charts based on a strong finish and a couple of no-shows from Holy Mohly and Double Down. The Dakota Skye/WhoDogg/Porqchop flip-flop is continuing to gain momentum.
The most interesting statistic of the first half of the season is that three of the five non-league players who have played a game with us have a chip lead on ThunderStick. It is my strong opinion that Mr. Thunder needs to change his moniker to “ThunderSuck” (which is actually more appropriate on a couple of levels!).
On the housekeeping front, look for an official ballot regarding a dropped game amendment in your email this week… and look for eVites for OSTs 7, 8 and 9!
